Description: The performance Thou Twin of Slumber: Chrysalis was the New York episode of an eight-part performance cycle by VestAndPage that explored themes of death, sleep, and rebirth, using the life cycle of a moth as its structural guide. Presented at Grace Exhibition Space, the piece focused on challenging perceptions of physical reality and pain, offering the audience a choice to either witness visceral actions or listen to sounds in darkness.
